The device: buy or rent

The plan price above does not include the device. When you order, pick one of the two options below; all devices in one order use the same option.

  • Pocket WiFi device (purchase)

    ¥9,900per device

    Buy: ¥9,900 (tax included). The device is yours and does not need to be returned. We cannot accept returns for personal reasons (except initial defects).

  • Pocket WiFi device (rental)

    ¥5,000deposit per device

    Rent: ¥5,000 deposit (a refundable deposit, so no consumption tax applies). When your contract ends, post the device back with its accessories (charging cable, box, etc.) so that it reaches us within 10 days of the end date (you pay the postage). We photograph the device before shipping and use this as the basis for checking it. After we receive and check it, we refund the deposit by bank transfer within 14 days, minus any unpaid charges, the actual loss if the device is cracked, does not turn on or has missing accessories (up to the amount of the deposit), and the actual bank transfer fee (paid by you). No refund if the device is not returned on time or is lost.

Note: This is a portable device — it needs charging and must be carried with you.
